You are dealing with Matt Brown trading in England as ”I See Lead People”, further more known as the company.

The company provides painted war games miniatures to its customers.

All payments must be received in British Pounds before miniatures will be dispatched. PayPal is the preferred method of payment; this can be by either PayPal account or an ad-hoc credit card payment. Payment can be made by cheque, please contact the company for details. Please note that if paying by cheque payment is not classed as having been received until the full amount has cleared.

The preferred method of contacting the company is via email at sales@iseeleadpeople.co.uk. The postal address of the company is 19 Leveret Drive, Whetstone, Leicester, LE8 6BH. The company trades exclusively via the internet and postal service; it does not accept personal callers.

A refund of the purchase cost (excluding P&P costs incurred during returning the item) will be supplied. Please be aware when returning items that you have a statutory duty of care towards the items until the items are received by the company.
  5. If the items are faulty you must advise the company within seven days of receipt and return them, at your expense in the original packaging (or suitable equivalent). If the company agree that the items are faulty a full refund, including return P&P costs, will be supplied.

  2. The quote will detail the price of the painted miniatures. Miniatures supplied by the customer for painting have no value for the purposes of the quote and invoicing and will not be detailed on them.
